Cruelty-Free Skincare Routine
To be quite honest, I have never really had a skincare routine up until two years ago. Which disappoints me because having a skin care routine is really important. With the season changing from summer to fall, I have noticed that I alternate my skin care routine often. That is because my skin also changes with every season. So, I’ve decided to share with you all my top cruelty-free skin care products for this fall.
As to my skin type, it is a bit complicated which is annoying. My whole face is dry except my nose; it’s oily. So I find that I have to use different products that will hydrate my skin. These cruelty-free products do the job for me and they are really easy to find at your local store.
What do I say yes to? Cucumbers! These natural cucumber wipes are my go to in the morning. They smell so delicious and they are perfect for those with sensitive skin. I personally like to use these cruelty-free wipes before I wash my face. Just to get rid of any excess makeup or dirt on my face.
For: Sensitive Skin
Yes, I love cucumber and this gentle formula is perfect for my dry skin. As the weather gets colder my skin turns sensitive so this cruelty-free moisturizing cleanser is perfect! During this time of the year, I avoid exfoliating my skin because it is extremely sensitive.
Shea Moisture | African Black Soap Clarifying Mud Mask
This is hands down my favorite cruelty-free mud mask ever! This mask not only draws out dirt but also absorbs excess oil. Since I have an extremely oily nose this helps diminish the oils on my face. This mask is also great for those who have blemish-prone skin.
I prefer to apply this mud mask at night before I go to sleep. I find it very soothing and the results are amazing. It’s important to know that you should not apply facial masks every single day. I usually apply this mask on every two or three days out of the week for 10 minutes.
Shea Moisture | Peace Rose Oil Complex Sensitive Skin Facial Moisturizer
This cruelty-free moisturizer is amazing! I have tried several moisturizers from lush and other brands but my face would always be irritated. But this moisturizer comforts my skin and hydrates it. I like to apply this cruelty-free moisturizer after I wash my face unless I am using a facial mask.
I hope my favorite top cruelty-free skincare products work for you! If you are interested in purchasing cruelty-free products in the future be on the lookout for these cruelty-free logos.
