  1. First thing is first, chop the onion and sweet mini peppers into small pieces.
  2. Grab your block of tofu and cut it in half. Grab the half of your tofu block and crumble your tofu with your hands. The goal is to have the tofu look like white scramble eggs.
  3. Grab a pan and turn on the heat to medium. Measure 1 tbsp of any oil that you use. I like using vegtable oil or olive oil.
  4. Once your oil is heated up add your onion and saute it until golden. When that is done add your sweet mini peppers (or vegetable of your choice) and shredded tofu. Saute mixture for about 3 minutes.
  5. Lower your heat to low and add all the spices (cumin, paprika, garlic salt, and pepper). Mix everything together and let it cook for around 5 minutes. This helps the tofu soak up all the delicious spices.
  6. Heat up your tortillas and assemble your tacos. You can add any toppings like cilantro, salsa, or avocado.
